Return Policy
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition: The steering wheel must be in brand-new and unaltered condition. It must be returned in its original OEM packaging with all factory labels, protective wrappings, and hardware fully intact.
- Restocking Fee: Authorized returns with a merchandise value exceeding $500 are exempt from all restocking and return shipping fees.
Return Procedure
1.Request Authorization:
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to request.
2.Package the Item:
Place the steering wheel in its original OEM packaging, ensuring all protective materials are used. Place the OEM box inside a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent damage to the factory packaging.
3.Include Documentation:
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (never on the OEM product box) and include a copy of your original packing slip inside.
4.Inspection & Refund:
Once received, our technicians will inspect the wheel within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee and original shipping) will be processed to your original method of payment.
Damaged in Transit
If your steering wheel arrives damaged from the carrier, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials and boxes, as they will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
